Q: Can you build in my suburb?
A: There's a good chance we can. The easiest way to find out is to enter the postcode of where you want to live above, or better still, speak with one of our friendly consultants.
Q: What if my area isn't highlighted on the map?
A: While the map highlights where we're currently building, we are always expanding into new areas. Get in touch with our team, and we'll let you know whether we can assist with your location. Wherever you want to call home, we're here to help make it happen.
Q: Can Allcastle Homes build on my block of land?
A: In most cases, yes. Whether your block is flat, sloping, narrow or located in an established suburb, our team will assess your site and work with you to find the best home design for your block.
Q: Can you help if I haven't bought my land yet?
A: No problem. Many people come to us before they've purchased a block. Our experienced consultants will help you understand what to look for, what to avoid, and which locations and block types may work best with your preferred home design and budget.
Q: How will I know if an area is a good place to live?
A: Every family is different, so "good" means different things to different people. The best area is one that suits the lifestyle you want to live. You might be looking for great schools, easy access to transport, nearby shops, open green spaces, or simply more room for your family to grow.
It's also important to consider factors such as block sizes, local council requirements and future growth in the area.
